We got the same house and same elevation as yours. Our is right outside of Philly. We got the same options also except for the bathroom 2 upstairs. I'm kicking myself for it because I see it gives you extra space in the master bedroom
We also went for NVR mortage. They gave us incentives if we went with them but I'm starting to see that it was a mistake
